How long have you been in business?
Brad's Carpet Cleaning has been in Bend Oregon since 1973, I acquired my brother's business in 1978 and kept his name ever since although my name is Bob . Sorry if there is any confusion .
What is your primary product or service?
Carpet Cleaning, Emergency water removal, Water damage restoration, Hard Surface Cleaning Tile,Concrete etc, Upholstery Cleaning .
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Was trained by my brother Brad in the 70s .
Both Linda (my wife) and I are certified with the "Institute Of Inspection Cleaning And Restoration" .
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I design and manufacter all my own equipment . We very possibly have the "Worlds Most Powerful" Carpet Cleaning Machine. Certainly in the United States according to all our research . We have discovered that it takes a enormous amount of power to clean carpet properly .
