How long have you been in business?
Klondike Mortgage formed in 2003 with 3 partners and opened an office in Bend, Sisters and Sunriver Oregon.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential home loans in Oregon state. We offer Conventional, FHA/ VA and USDA home loans for primary, 2nd homes or Investment properties.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in the mortgage industry straight out of college, in 1980. I worked for major Mortgage Corporations in Seattle. I bought a 2nd home in the Sunriver area in 2001 and liked it so much that I moved permanently from Seattle.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have extensive knowledge of how to do mortgages, so I'm not just your ordinary mortgage loan officer submitting a loan application. Being ethical is probably what has sustained my career throughout the years in this industry and have a huge client retention base that is testament to
this statement.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I'm internet based and originated home loans in the State of Oregon.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I have been the chief principle owner since 2005. I work with the Federal & State agencies governing mortgage origination.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
When a new client calls for a mortgage and was referred from a former client. That gives me a great since of pride.
