Home Spun LLC began managing vacation rentals properties in early 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
Home Spun is a full service management company specializing in west side and downtown Bend properties. We manage all aspects of running vacation rentals including marketing, fielding rental inquires, booking reservations, accepting and processing payment, housekeeping, outdoor maintenance, guest troubleshooting, and all management functions. We also specialize in transforming a former primary residence or long term rental into a vacation rental, and provide industry recommendations on how your property can become a successful vacation home.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As native Bendites, we started Home Spun after many years in the hospitality industry, working in all aspects of management, marketing, and sales in hotel and resort settings. Our business naturally evolved from our desire to work closely with clients and customers who want a one-on-one, personal business relationship with a local company that takes extra care in what we do.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are very selective about the west side and downtown Bend homes that we bring into our collection in order to provide quality and consistency for our guests. We are not a large, impersonal company representing hundreds of properties. We are small, which means we are committed and dedicated to maximizing rental potential and guest satisfaction in each of the unique homes we represent. We hand select the homes based on how well the owner's expectations match our vision.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have thirteen homes in our management collection, and we expand only when our business levels warrant additional inventory. We are not interested in being the biggest management company, only the best.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and also business and personal checks.

We serve all travelers and owners in Bend, Oregon.
